This story is all about Sanjay Singhania who owns the largest cellphone company, the Air Voice. Sanjay is known to be the most powerful businesman. Kalphana is only a model who works in an ad agency who manages by Satveer Kahli.
Until the day was happened . . .
The officers of Air Voice came to the ad agency they were looking for Kalphana and they told to Satveer boss of Kalphana that they came here to personally talk to Kalphana. Satveer and the other co-workers of Kalphana thought that there is something going on between Sanjay and Kalphana because of that they treat Kalphana like a Queen, they give her many projects, Kalphana was so glad of what happened.
Kalphana had a conversation with a reporter . She told their love story, where they meet, how Sanjay said I Love You and proposed to her without knowing what will be the consenquences. With that Sanjay and Kalphana love story was published in newspaper and became headlines in televisions that the most powerful businessman in the country has a girlfriend named Kalphana. Sanjay wants to see and personally talk to Kalpahana.
On the way to see Kalphana, Sanjay saw a good looking lady who was having fun to the kids. He suddenly felt his heart beating fast, maybe it was love at first sight.
While Kalphana was busy talking with someone on the phone. Sanjay who was looking for Kalphana also asked Kalphana. " Do you know Kalphana" Sanjay asked "It's me" Kalphana answered. Sanjay was so amazed that she was the lady who he fell in love with. Kalphana thought that Sanjay was like the other guys who wanted to be a commercial model. Sanjay didn't also bother to tell Kalphana that he is Sanjay Singhania but he immediately said yes when Kalphana said that his name is Sachin.
Kalphana and Sachin ( Sanjay) became good friends. One day Kalphana was called by her boss Satveer, the boss told that they will be having a party and the guest speaker will be Sanjay her boyfriend. Kalphana reluctanly accept the invitation because he didn't even know what Sanjay look likes. Kalphana think other way that she would not be ashamed to her boss. She hired a guy who will act as Sanjay Singhania. She teaches her how to interact with people. Kalphana told herself that if the hired guy passes to Sachin expectation then he should be the one to act as Sanjay Singhania. Sachin came to Kalphana's house he immediately looks to the faked Sanjay after he saw the hired guy he laughs. The guy could not pass as Sanjay what could be more to the other people. So he thinks that Sachin would be the right guy to be as Sanjay Singhania.
If Kalphana only knew . .
At the night of the party Kalphana looked so stress if Sachin would come. Then the luxury car park at the red carpet. Kalphana saw Sachin looked so handsome wearing his tuxedo walking towards her. The party went so well but Kalphana is the only person in that part who did not know that Sachin and Sanjay are only one. In that night Sachin told Kalphana that he loves her. Kalphana said that she will think about what will be her decision. In the next moring Kalphana told Sachin that she loves him too. Kalphana also said to Sachin that she would only marry him if she already had 3 cars.
Ther relationship went will Kalphana buy 1 car she needs 2 more cars. Sachin even he was busy with his company sees to it that he has time with Kalphana. Sachin needs to go to london for a business trip, he told Kalphana that his mother was sick, which is a lie. Before Sachin leave he meets up with Kalphana, Kalphana who is a good hearted person sold her car give the money to Sachin. He was so touch with the deed of Kalphana.
Kalphana went to Goa. In the train she saw a girl who was so scared. The girl told to Kalphana why she's scared. With the help of some people in the train and Kalphana they rescued 25 girls some of them have already lost their kidney. Ghajini Dharmatma is the person behind the kidnapping of 25 girls. On July 1, 2006 the tragic day happened. Kalphana was killed in her apartment. Sanjay came to Kalphana but he was already late. Kalphana had already a stubbed in her back. Kalphana told Sanjay who did this to her. It was Ghajini. Sanjay was also hammered by the men of Ghajini.
Anterograde Amnesia a 15 minutes memory loss this is the case of Sanjay after what happened in July 1, 2006. He took pictured to remember the important things in his life. In his apartment you can see everywhere the name of Ghajini saying Find Him, Kill Him. He was so angry with Ghajini. Sonita a medical student she helps Sanjay to find Ghajini.
Finally Sanjay and Ghajini met each other they exchanged punches Sanjay who was so mad could not even feel the pain anymore. After 15 minutes Sanjay could not remember anything, where he was and what he did. Ghajini took advantages of the memory loss of Sanjay he stubbed a rod on Sanjay stomach. Ghajini also reenacted of what he did to Kalphana because of that Sanjay remembered everything. Sanjay back again to an angry man he did to Ghajini what he did to Kalphana.
Now they build Kalphana Home for the Kids. Sanjay is still suffering anterograde amnesia.

Sanjay hide his true identity to win Kalphana's heart. He did everything walking on a street without security and riding on a tricycle. Even his life will be in danger he will find and kill Ghajini to get his revenge.
Sanjay even he had anterograde amnesia finds a way to remember everything if Sanjay find a way it is not also possible to those person with disabilities to succeed. If we want something we will find a way to get it in any way..
